How will my products arrive?
The majority of items are delivered in cartons by Direct Freight.
Larger orders will be packed on pallets to ensure safe delivery, please check your order weight estimate during checkout to ensure you will be able to accept delivery. 


What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Shop Supplies ensure utmost care in packing all orders to minimise damage.
In the unlikely scenario that damage does occur during transit – please take some photos of items and email them to us at store@shopsupplies.com.au
If there is visible damage prior to accepting the consignment, please refuse delivery and let us know. If an obviously damaged item is signed for as "arrived in good condition" our couriers will not be held responsible. 


Can I pick up my order?
Shop Supplies operate out of a busy warehouse so pick up is only available if pre-arranged. Please contact us first with your pick up requirements to avoid any delays.


What are the dimensions/pack size of this product?
Full product specifications can be found in the appropriate tabs on the product page.


Do you offer printing on bags?
Yes, however, printing on bags is done during manufacturing.
A minimum order and 10-12 week lead time would apply depending on the style of bag. Please email your requirements to store@shopsupplies.com.au

 
What payment methods do you accept?
Shop Supplies accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex (3% surcharge),  Paypal, Direct Deposit and Cheque

 
Can you deliver to my residential address?
Only some of our couriers will deliver to a residential address so please select "residential address" during checkout .  A signature is required for all deliveries so please ensure you are home. 
For orders packed on pallets a larger truck may be required for delivery, please advise of any obstacles that may restrict delivery. A failed delivery will result in a re-delivery fee.


What happens if I am not home or have moved?
If you are expecting delivery and change address please advise us as soon as possible so we can change the address with our courier. Attempted deliveries at an incorrect address will incur an additional charge.
If you are not home to receive your item a card will be left by the driver. Please follow instructions provided to arrange for redelivery.


Do you have a showroom?
Shop Supplies do not have a physical showroom but offer a comprehensive view of products online, including a full 360 view of our most popular products.
We also have an on-site shelving display veiwable by appointment.
