Our entire product range is backed by a 12 month warranty for faulty items. Returns or credits are subject to a 15% handling charge. We endeavour to maintain a high level of supply, and provide prompt customer feedback on enquiries or issues.

All products pricing include GST with freight charges being calculated at check out. Occasionally we will need to add an additional surcharge to cover hand unloading and/ or third party delivery charges in remote areas. We will contact you directly if surcharges are applicable.

We have established links with many suppliers in both Australia and overseas and in most cases can source products that are not listed on the site. Please contact us directly via email or telephone to discuss your requirements.
